Use of DLC coatings

Superior component protection for the most demanding applications​

Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating based on amorphous carbon (a-C:H) is one of the most advanced surface protection technologies in the industry.

Properties of DLC coatings

Medical Industry: Due to its biocompatibility and corrosion resistance, DLC coating is ideal for medical devices and implants such as surgical instruments, implants and dental appliances. Chemical inertness help reduce the risk of inflammation and improve the durability of medical devices.

Aerospace: DLC coatings protect components such as bearings, valves and control systems that are exposed to extreme conditions. The resistant structure of the coating allows the components to withstand high loads, vibrations and temperature changes.
